Constituents Praise Rt. Hon. Mike Etaba's Commitment To Education

Constituents of Obubra/Etung Federal Constituency have praised Rt. Hon. Mike Etaba for his unwavering commitment to education. 

The commendations came from various individuals and groups, including the Obubra APC Secretary, Joseph Eyaba, coordinator of the project, Bright Irek, former House of Assembly Aspirant for Obubra 1 State constituency, Jerry Achigbe, and the Federation of Obubra Students Association Worldwide Caucus Shrine.

In a social media post titled" The New Look Of Ijart-Kuru Primary School Project, The MP Mike Etaba Effect", Bright Irek, coordinator of the project, expressed gratitude to Rt. Hon. Etaba for his support towards the Ijart-Kuru Primary School Project, which he said has led to the transformation of the educational landscape of the community. He bolstered that the lawmaker's benevolence and intervention have inspired hope and excitement among students, teachers, and the entire people of Obubra local government,  betraying his passion for education and the growth and development of children. 

Irek revealed that apart from contributing the sum of one million naira (1,000,000), the lawmaker has taken over the entire project.  

In a separate post, former House of Assembly Aspirant for Obubra 1 State Constituency, Jerry Achigbe thanked Rt. Hon. Etaba for aligning with young progressive minds in Obubra by assisting in the completion of the Ijart-Kuru school project. Achigbe noted that the lawmaker's gesture has empowered a generation to take over the baton of leadership and continue the quest for an advanced Obubra, emphasizing that education is a panacea for societal development.

Achigbe expressed optimism that the lawmaker will replicate the gesture in other communities while praying for God to grant him the enablement to do more. 

Similarly, the Federation of Obubra Students Association Worldwide Caucus Shrine has expressed its heartfelt gratitude to Rt. Hon. Etaba for his instrumental contributions to the school building project. They praised his commitment to education and community development, urging him to continue his support and advocacy for quality education in Obubra. 

In an appreciation message signed by the Caucus Chief, Okadim Austin Joseph and circulated on social media, the body appealed for continued support in order to create a world-class learning environment for children in the LGA. 

Commenting on one of the posts, the chapter secretary of the APC Obubra, Joseph Eyaba commended the lawmaker for the gesture, while hammering on the need for continued collaboration, and support in order to create a lasting impact on the community, shape the destinies of children and transform the LGA for generations to come.

In his reaction, the Member Representing Obubra/Etung Federal Constituency, Rt. Hon. Mike Etaba expressed gratitude to his constituents for their kind words and commendations.
