  Needs Assessment Committee Meets With Commissioner For Humanitarian Affairs, Discovers Several Critical Infrastructure and Facility Gaps Within The Ministry  Yesterday, the Honourable Commissioner for Humanitarian Affairs, Mrs Helen Isamoh-Egodo, PhD received in her office members of the Inter-ministerial Committee on Needs Assessment of Commissioners and Secretaries' Offices. Briefing the committee, the commissioner highlighted several critical infrastructure and facility gaps within her office, while decrying the absence of office spaces, conference hall and essential facilities in the ministry.
