Councillor Constructs Culvert, Installs Solar Street Lights in Obubra Community The Councillor representing Osopong Ward 2 in Obubra Local Government Area, Hon. Mrs. Amuche Akata, has facilitated the construction of a concrete culvert and the installation of five solar-powered street lights in Bikinu community of Osopong clan. Speaking with the publisher of Coneri Blog, Eriacy Confidence, Hon. Akata explained that the culvert was constructed to ease movement, particularly in this period of persistent rainfall, while the solar lights were installed to provide a reliable source of illumination at night, improving security and the safety of lives and properties in the area. “My motivation for undertaking this project is to reduce the hardship my constituents face due to poor infrastructure.
