Asanye Seeks Collaboration With The Ministry of Human Capital Development To Empower Support Groups In The State The Special Assistant to Governor Bassey Otu on Support Groups Matters, Deacon Clement Asanye, has sought the collaboration of the Ministry of Human Capital Development and other government agencies in the state to empower support groups. Asanye made the appeal during a courtesy visit to the Honourable Commissioner for Human Capital Development, Hon. Kingsley Egumi in his office on Thursday, August 8, 2024, expressing his commitment to enhancing the welfare and empowerment of support groups in the state.
