The state legal adviser of the Peoples Democratic Party(PDP) in Cross River State , Barr. Ikpi Ubana Eyong has described the just concluded National Convention of the party held at Abuja as a successful preparation for the take over and restructuring of Nigeria.  He said, the People's Democratic party (PDP) is prepared to rejuvenate the economy of Nigeria and offer the citizens salutary Governance when they take over Government in 2023, stating that only the Peoples Democratic party have the administrative know how that will remediate the economy of the country which has been plundered by the APC Government. Barr. Ikpi expressed his delight at the emergence of Prof. Stella Attoe as National women leader of the Party, iterating that it is a position she deserves, especially as a veteran who has served the party in various levels including the board of trustees of the Party and her contributions to the party have been excellent and they have no doubt that she will continue to rend
