COVID 19: CRS Commissioner for International Development Cooperation Dr Inyang Asibong mounts  road  blocks in Calabar South in compliance with Ayade's directive. The  Commissioner for International Development Cooperation Cross River State, Dr Mrs Inyang Asibong, alongside The SA Community Matters ( Calabar South) Mr Ekeng Edet today mounted road block in Calabar South at Chalma by Edgerley where they enforced His Excellency's Executive directive of "no mask no movement" They also distributed hand Sanitizers and nose masks to road users and by- standers teaching them steps to prevent Covid-19 infection and safety. Mrs commissioner further charged the residents to adhere to this  directives to help break the Covid-19 chain and keep us all safe in Cross River State in line with Senator Ayade's Commitment to ensuring all citizens of the state are safe and protected although this pandemic.

COVID 19: Gov. Ayade extends stay at home order by one week

As the initial two weeks stay at home order issued to civil servants in Cross River state expires today, the state Governor, His Excellency, Sir Ben Ayade has extended it by one week. By this development, civil servants in the state are directed to stay away from work for a further week except those on essential services (medical personnel, paramilitary and revenue officers). The extension is in furtherance of His Excellency's determination to ensure that Cross Riverians stay safe from the global pandemic.
