Flagging Off the 2023 World Egg Day celebration in Calabar, with the theme" Egg for a healthy future", Ntufam Anom expressed His Excellency, Governor Bassey Edet Otu's resolve and commitment to human nutrition, food security and the overall well-being of Cross Riverians as embedded in the People's First Agenda of the Governor, while calling for a sustainable awareness campaign on the benefits of eggs as an available and affordable source of nutrition that can combat food insecurity in the State and Nation. He emphasized its health benefits which promotes improved society, sustainable environment and a healthier future.c

Isamoh- Egodo hosted representatives from Garudha Putih, Netherlands BV in a high - level meeting which was held in Abuja on the 10th day of October 2023. The engagement was in a bid to persuade the organization to take up certain investment considerations in the state.  Present in the meeting was  the  Commissioner for Lands and Survey, Chief Francis Ekpenyong (PhD).  Garudha Putih is an organization focused on humanitarian services and poverty alleviation which is evident in their numerous humanity based initiatives and human capital development projects in several countries and continents for so many years.  Thankfully, in the course of the engagement, Dr Egodo was able to attract their interest and further acceptance to fund humanitarian intervention

Calabar Walkathon 4.0: Group stage 12kilometer walk against drug abuse, mental health challenges among Youths A non-profit fitness and wellness organisation, the Health Billionaires Fitness Club has staged a 12 kilometers walk against drug abuse and mental health challenge among youths in Cross River State. The 12km Calabar Walkathon which is the fourth series by the organisation had as theme: Drug abuse and mental health. The walk was graced by over 5,000 participants in partnership with several public and private organisations.
