Governor Ayade Extols Ada Bekwarra ll at 16th Thanksgiving Anniversary Eugene Upah Cross River State governor, Senator Prof. Ben Ayade on Sunday felicitated his Commissioner for Youths Development and Skills Acquisition, Hon. Cross River Lawmaker, Hon. Frank Ovat Graces Edondon New Yam Festival, Harps On Peace, Unity  The Member representing Obubra II State Constituency and PDP Candidate for the 2023 House of Assembly election, Hon. Frank Ovat has urged the people of Obubra to embrace dialogue and other non-violent approaches to resolving conflicts. Ovat made this call on Saturday, during the 2023 edition of Edondon New Yam Festival.   Osun Guber 2022: Adeleke, PDP Unseats Oyetola, APC  The All Progressives Congress (APC) has lost one of the state in its control, a development that could be a boost to the opposition Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) ahead of the 2023 general elections. Senator Ademola Adeleke, PDP’s candidate in the just concluded election has been declared governor-elect of Osun State. Adeleke, who polled a total of 403,371 votes in Saturday’s election was declared winner at the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) collation office in Osogbo in the early hours of Sunday.
