Ndoma Odey Congratulates Governor Otu on Honorary Doctorate, Sun Newspaper Governor of the Year Award The Director General of the Ndoma Odey Foundation and board Director with the Cross River State Internal Revenue Service, Dr. Ndoma Odey, FCTI, has congratulated the Cross River State Governor, His Excellency, Senator (Prince) Bassey Edet Otu, on his recent conferment of an Honorary Doctorate Degree by Modibbo Adama University, Yola, as well as, his emergence as Governor of the Year at the Sun Newspaper Awards.
