Ndoma Odey Congratulates Governor Otu on Honorary Doctorate, Sun Newspaper Governor of the Year Award

The Director General of the Ndoma Odey Foundation and board Director with the Cross River State Internal Revenue Service, Dr. Ndoma Odey, FCTI, has congratulated the Cross River State Governor, His Excellency, Senator (Prince) Bassey Edet Otu, on his recent conferment of an Honorary Doctorate Degree by Modibbo Adama University, Yola, as well as, his emergence as Governor of the Year at the Sun Newspaper Awards.

In a congratulatory message made available to the press, Dr. Odey described the twin honours as a well-deserved recognition of Governor Otu’s visionary leadership, people-centred governance, and firm commitment to the socio-economic transformation of Cross River State.

According to him, the awards reflect the growing national recognition of the Governor’s pragmatic policies, purposeful administration, and steadfast dedication to public service. He noted that the inclusive leadership style of Governor Otu has continued to yield tangible benefits for the people of the state, while repositioning Cross River on the path of sustainable growth and development.

Dr. Odey further stated that the accolades affirm that Governor Otu’s contributions transcend the boundaries of Cross River State and are widely acknowledged across the nation.

He wished the Governor continued strength, wisdom, and greater success as he continues to serve the people of Cross River State and the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
