Cross River State Government Recognizes Peter Okim Abang as Substantive Chairman of IPMAN The Cross River State Government has officially recognized Peter Okim Abang as the substantive Chairman of the Independent Petroleum Marketers Association of Nigeria (IPMAN) Cross River State Unit. In a letter signed by the Secretary to the State Government, Professor A. Owan-Enoh, the government stated that Abang emerged as the Chairman through a democratic election held on December 1, 2023, and has been duly issued a Certificate of Return. The letter, dated May 21, 2024, was addressed to the National President of IPMAN and copied to various security agencies and stakeholders in the sector.
