 House of Reps Summons EEDC and TCN Over Total Blackout In Parts Of Imo State In a bid to address the longstanding issue of total blackout, extortion, and neglect in some parts of Imo state, particularly, in Mbaise, the House of Representatives, through its Committee on Public Petitions headed by Rt. Hon. Mike Etaba, has summoned the Enugu Electricity Distribution Company (EEDC) and the Transmission Company of Nigeria (TCN). The summon, which is in response to a petition filed by Barr.
