Ernest Joes Wins Obubra 1 APC Primaries Tpl. Dr. Ernest Joes has emerged victorious in the All Progressives Congress (APC) primaries for Obubra 1 State Constituency, securing the party’s ticket ahead of the 2027 Cross River State House of Assembly elections. The primary election, which took place on Wednesday at the PCN Primary School Field in Ogada 2, Obubra LGA of Cross River State witnessed a large turnout of party faithful, stakeholders, youths, and women from across the four wards of the constituency. The exercise ended with overwhelming support for Dr. Ernest Joes, as party stakeholders and members unanimously affirmed him as the APC flag bearer for Obubra 1 State Constituency.
