C'River Community Lauds Governor Otu For Appointing Their Son, Odey Into The State Internal Revenue Board The leaders and people of Yala Nkum Ward in Ikom Local Government Area have lauded His Excellency, Senator Prince Bassey Otu, Governor of Cross River State, and his amiable wife, Her Excellency, Mrs. Eyoanwan Edet Otu, for appointing their son, Dr. Ndoma Odey, as a Director in the Cross River State Internal Revenue Board.
