A former House of Assembly Aspirant for Obubra I State Constituency, Jerry Achigbe has Felicitated with Sen. Prince Bassey Edet Otu as he clocks yet another year.  

In a birthday message,   Achigbe described Senator Otu as a highly intelligent, hard working and kind hearted leader whose antecedents have proven his love for the people and capacity to  bring generational prosperity to the state.
