The appointment and assigning of Mrs Blessing Otobha Egbara to the new Ministry of Humanity and Social Welfare intrinsically positions her for her passion,  "appointment meets passion"

The appointment will without doubt serve as a source  of verve and strength for her to  actualise her passion for humanity  in which she has devoted a greater part of her life, both political and entrepreneurship.

She has constantly looked forward to an opportunity of doing more for the people of her immediate community, Cross river state and Nigeria.

Basically, vision, passion and commitment are the key lexicon which provide the fulcrum to actualise any  mission and these qualities are abundantly embedded in Mrs Blessing Otobha Egbara the Honourable  Commissioner for humanity and social welfare

Born in  Owakande, Obubra Local Government Area,  of Cross River State  Mrs Egbara is a mother and lover of her people and those that come around her can attest to the fact that she loves humanity.

Driven with the underlying vision  of accomplishing set goals and exceeding targets while working in an environment that  encourages  transformation through innovation and team spirit, Mrs  Egbara is the catalyst needed and always handy to propel the vision to its  destination

A consummate business persona who is into finance consultancy and having equipped herself with the prerequisite accademic qualifications,tranings and professional certifications, Mrs Egbara surely headed for the top.

Now that she has joined the Cross River Executive Council, it is expected that she will without doubt,  bring her wealth of knowledge, skill and experience to bear in decision making and policy actualisation in tandem with His Excellency, Sir Professor Ben Ayade to industrialisation drive.
