ACTORS GUILD: WHY THE COURT DECIDED IN FAVOR OF JO ESSE LED EXECUTIVE

Members of  Cross River chapter of the Actors Guild of Nigeria gathered today 21st September 2018 at high court 9, Moore road Calabar to protest in support of  AGN executive led by Jo Esse as the court sat to decide the future of the actors in the state.

The sitting which resulted in the vindication of the Jo Esse led Executive saw the court dismissing the suit filed by Monica Udofia and Anderson Edim against the AGN CRS executive  led by Jo Esse under the national leadership of Prince Emeka Ejezie Rollas ( National President). The court absolutely dismissed and rejected Monica's application for an injuction on the executive and other members of AGN CRS.

In a letter to members, the chairman AGN CRS Comr. Jo Esse said:

I told the guild that all of these Menes's brought upon AGN CRS by aniebiet Monica udofia for 4yrs & 10 months will come to an end someday, and on that day, AGN CRS will be vindicated (not Jo Esse, not Monica udofia), thank the Almighty God today for a step in that direction by the Federal high court holden in Calabar, having *"dismissed "* the suit filled against AGN CRS executive led by Jo Esse, under the national leadership of His Excellency Prince Emeka Ejezie Rollas (AGN President), the suit was filled by *monica udofia & anderson edim who are both non legitimately registered members of the guild,* asking the court to issue an interlocutory injunction on the executives and some other members.

2. That the court should recognize only monica udofia as chairman of AGN CRS,
3. That five million naira (#5,000,000) be paid her for damage.
Today, the court has dismissed and rejected the suit by monica udofia & anderson edim absolutely. Meaning we are now onboard progress! I urge every member and intending members of AGN CRS to come together for further growth of our state chapter.

Coneri Magazine gathered that
God and the majority of the members are with him and above all, documents from several court rulings in favour of AGN, against Ibinabo fibresima and her cohorts were available and convincing enough for any judge to work with.
