New Month: I'm Optimistic That despite the challenges, this month will be better - Frank Ovat to Constituents. 

Member representing Obubra 2 in the Cross River State House of Assembly, Hon. Frank Frank Ovat has assured constituents that August will be better than the previous months. The member who said he is not oblivious of the the challenges each new month poses, revealed that his wish is to see his Constituents prosper and fufil their dreams.
