Adun-Okum 2023: Hon. Frank Ovat Recieves Certificate Of Return

Hon. Frank Ovat, has today June 23, 2022 received his Certificate of Return as Candidate of the People's Democratic Party (PDP), for Obubra II State Constituency in the forthcoming 2023 general elections. 

Hon. Ovat, who was accompanied by his teaming supporters to the party Secretariat for the presentation

ceremony, called for synergy and evolution of workable strategies in order to win the forthcoming general elections and deliver the party at all levels. He said his emergence as the party's flagbearer,  which is predominantly the result of providence and the tireless efforts of family, friends and party supporters, is for the entire members of PDP in Adun-Okum and that his return to the state Assembly will trigger many opportunities for the people. He maintained that he has gathered enough experience to provide the people of Adun-Okum with robust and quality representation. 

The lawmaker once again commended the party for providing the enabling environment for a free, fair and credible election which saw to his emergence as the flag bearer. He also commended his co- contestants for their spirit of sportsmanship, noting that their efforts and maturity made the Primaries epochal and epical.  He therefore appealed to them to collapse their structures, unite and work for the victory of the party.
