The Entire Management and Staff of Cross River State Ministry of Livestock, Aquaculture and Fisheries Development heartily felicitate with the President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, Chief Bola Ahmed Tinubu, GCFR, Vice President Kashim Shetima, GCON, Leaders and Members of the National Assembly and members of the Federal Executive Council on the occasion of the 63rd Independence Anniversary Celebration of our great Country Nigeria.

The Ministry equally felicitates with our dear Governor, His Excellency, Senator Bassey Otu and Deputy, Rt. Hon. Peter Odey, The Speaker and members of the State House of Assembly, Members of the State Executive Council and the many Patriotic Citizens who have fought hard to sustain the struggles of our past Heroes.
