Etaba Extends Condolences To Onyen Okpon, Yala-Obubra Over Demise Of Clan Heads, Donates Two Cows, Cash Support To Bereaved Families, Communities

The Member representing Obubra/Etung Federal Constituency, Rt. Hon. Mike Etaba, on Thursday 7 March, 2024 extended his heartfelt condolences and support to the Onyen Okpon, Yala - Obubra communities following the loss of their clan heads, Ovarr Lawrence Ngbongha and Ochuole Stephan Oguda Obiama. 

Etaba described the late monarchs as pillars of strength, wisdom, and unity noting that their passing has left a profound void in the communities.

The lawmaker, represented by Dr. Adomi Jimita visited the two communities to offer solace and support during this challenging time of grief. He said Ovarr Lawrence Ngbongha and Ochuole Stephan Oguda Obiama, were revered leaders in their communities and will be remembered for their invaluable contributions and unwavering dedication to the welfare of their people.

In an effort to ease the financial burdens faced by the bereaved families and communities, Hon. Mike Etaba generously donated two cows and cash to provide comfort and assistance during their mourning period.
