Cross River Lawmakers Confirm Mrs Blessing Egbara, 36 others as Commissioners

One of the top contenders for the 2019 Cross River Central Senatorial Elections Mrs Blessing Otobha Egbara has been screened and confirmed as Commissioner along side 36 others by the Cross River State House of Assembly. Mrs Egbara who was nominated by his Excellency Sen Prof Ben Ayade, Executive Governor of Cross River State for her contributions to his re election expressed gratitude to God and to the Governor for the privilege to serve in the state Executive council.

Speaking to Coneri Magazine, the Mama Obubra as she is fondly called said she would use the office to better the lot of Cross Riverians, most especially the people of Obubra where she hails from. When asked the portfolio she would love to head, the women leader said she could head any ministry.

As a mark of appreciation, the foremost philanthropist, Leader and entrepreneur who currently have over two hundred people in her payroll hosted the mammoth crowd that came out to felicitate with her, thanking them all for abandoning their families and  works to celebrate with her.

Mrs Blessing Egbara is the second Commissioner designate from Obubra. The other being Hon Peter Egba who has already been screened, Confirmed and re-appointed into the ministry of Commerce and industry.
