Recall that earlier this month, the Governor of Enugu state, His Excellency, Rt. Hon. Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi commissioned the unity Park, one of the projects undertaken by his administration as a drive towards revamping the Tourism sector.

The Park which houses a 42 feet high, 72 feet long and 24 feet wide sculpture believed to be the largest Lion sculpture in the world is situated besides the popular Michael Okpara square, Enugu in addition to empowering the creatives with zero percent loan and free training of their choice.

Commissioning the park, Gov Ugwuanyi said the project offers the good people of Enugu an opportunity to relive the past when the city urbanization had not obliterated its recreation area.
