The chapter chairman of the Peoples Democratic party (PDP) in Abi local Government area, Comr. Victor Bassey has commended the state chairman of National youth Council (NYCN) in Cross River state, Comr. Dan Obo for his superlative and youth developing leadership that has given the youths of Cross River precision, describing him as a visionary and sublime administrator.
Comr. Victor made the remarks at the Cross River State youth house in calabar, during the inauguration of the NYCN-CRS Local Government elective Congress committee/caucuses where he charged the youths to contest elective positions as well as Support the emergence of fellow youths into government as only then will the future which is preached to belong to the youths be attained.
He further said, the youths are the catalyst of every process that gives birth to Governance from National, state and local Governments level in every dispensation but allow themselves to be schemed out of the mechanism that controls governance.
He said as chapter chairman of PDP and youth of Cross River state he is engaged in hundred percent advocacy to ensure youths secure party tickets and win elections into electoral offices/government while admonishing them to negate selfish interest and sentiments of party affiliation among themselves, but rather engage in collaborative support for their fellow youthful aspirants as only then will the future that is been preached belong to them as youths of Nigeria.
