 Biase Council Boss Constitutes Taskforce to monitor illegal activities in the LGA 

In line with the disposition and administrative policies of the Governor of Cross River State, His Excellency Senator Prof Ben Ayade, for a total clampdown on all unauthorised activities such as: illegal mining, wood logging, bush burning, water pollution, movement of contraband goods and other illegal activities operating in the state, the Executive Chairman of Biase Local Government Council, Hon. (Princess) Ada Charles has approved the appointment of the following persons to serve in the Anti - Illegal Activities / Businesses Taskforce to monitor, prevent and apprehend such activities within Biase:

1. Hon Ekuma Ngwu, JP - Chairman

2. Etan Okewara - Member

3. Hon Ekup Arong - Member

4. Felix Assem Uka - Member

5. Ogban Osim - Member

6. Obasi Inyang Obo - Member

7. Gabriel Owali - Member

8. Eyong Abam - Member

9. Sectary of Council - Secretary.


Note: This appointment is with immediate effect and security agencies as well as the general public are hereby directed to give them maximum assistance to succeed.
