 Chairman Of NYCN Cross River State,Dan Obo Applauds Obubra Council Boss' Performance

It was Abraham Lincoln who opined that *"Nearly all men can stand adversity, but if you want to test a man's true character, give him power"*. Today, the State Chairman of National Youth Council of Nigeria Cross River State paid a solidarity visit to the chairman of Obubra Local Government Area. Speaking during the visit, the NYCN State helmsman, His Youthfulness Comr. Dan Obo, expressed satisfaction with the level of excellent performance recorded by the Council Chairman. Reacting nostalgically, the State NYCN Chairman condemned the action of  arsonists that set the Council headquarters ablaze at the twilight of the Local Government Electioneering period. 

In his words, "My Chairman, permit me to congratulate you once more on your meritorious emergence as Local Government Chairman, indeed, you have shown that we did not make any mistake in giving you our mandate. I have no doubt in your capacity to deliver because you are a worthy  product of Late Chief John Okpa. The overwhelming developmental stride recorded thus far is a testament to the fact that you are doing excellently well. I must applaud your dexterity even in the face of financial paucity. I wish to wholesomely condemn the arson incident that happened during the electioneering period leading to the burning down of the Council Halls. 

Reacting to the State Chairman's words, the Local Government Council Boss, Dr Bassey Tom expressed satisfaction and happiness with the level of cooperation and solidarity from the State Chairman of National Youth Council of Nigeria, while reassuring him of his commitment to the New Obubra Project.
