Wickedness: Jilted man publicly undresses ex-lover tearing her panties

 After getting dumped, a Mutasa district man decided to shame his ex- girlfriend by publicly undressing her and tearing away her undergarments in a matter that saw him jailed 12-months this week.

Pardon Madziwaidze (25) of Penhalonga appeared before magistrate Artwell Sanyatwe facing indecent assault charges whereupon he pleaded guilty to the charges, saying he acted out of anger and asked the magistrate for leniency.

Magistrate Sanyatwe heard his pleas hence Madziwaidze will now spend six months in jail after six months were set aside on the condition, he does not commit a similar offence in the next five years.

Prosecutors told the court that on August 7, the accused was at a tuck shop in Liverpool, Mutasa when he saw his ex-lover , Valentine Mashanda passing through.

The court further heard Madziwaidze intentionally inserted his hands in Mashanda’s dress before using force to remove her undergarments which he later tore in full view of the public.

The matter was reported to the police leading to the arrest Madziwaidze.- New Zimbabwe
