Cross River North Bye Election: Four PDP Aspirants Raise Alarm Over Plot To Hold A Sham Primary, Petition The NWC Of The Party

Four (4) Aspirants of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) for Cross River North Senatorial Bye-Election have raised alarm over plot to hold a sham Primary Election by Governor Ayade led faction ahead of the party's primaries scheduled to hold this Saturday, Petitioned the National Working Committee of the Party.

The aspirants, Rt Hon Jarigbe Agom Jarigbe, Chief Mrs Martina Odom, 

Dr Mrs Mary Eru and Rt Hon. Barr. Lukpata N. Ogana PhD raised great  concern over what they described as desperate attempts by some individuals to rob the primaries of a free, fair and transparent process. 

The aspirants who held a Press briefing yesterday 2nd September 2020 sought the intervention of the NWC of the Party in order to the prevent the party from degenerating into an irredeemable crises in the state.
