Cross River Is And Remains A PDP State.

 The former member representing Abi/Yakurr Federal constituency in the Federal house of Representatives, Rt. Hon. Bassey Eko Ewa has declared that Cross River State remains a PDP state.

The former House of Representatives member made the declaration while addressing members of the People's Democratic Party at Transcorp Metropolitan hotel in Calabar, where he enunciated that, the People's Democratic party is a party of the masses which has led Cross River State to her progression since the year 1999 and the party remains an inseparable family with all her founding members and supporters being intact till date, to ensure the party continues in the delivery of optimum leadership and consummate Democratic gains to Cross Riverians.

Rt. Hon. Bassey Eko Ewa beseeched members of the party to remain consolidated and chart superior dimensions that will inestimably advance the party in all divarication and further said that, the defection of the Governor, Sen.Prof.Ben Ayade from PDP to APC has not altered any activity in the party and the entire PDP in Cross River State does not miss his absence in any form as the defection of the Governor from PDP to APC is a deliberate attempt to bewilder Cross River State and her indigenes and deprive the people from the peace and tranquility they have been enjoying.

He assured the people that, with the love of the People's Democratic Party in the hearts and lives of Cross Riverians, the party still remains the most coordinated and victorious party in Cross River State and is utterly prepared to win all her elections in year 2023.
