On this auspicious occasion may we  also congratulate the President and Commander-in- Chief of the  Armed Forces of the Federal Republic Of Nigeria,His Excellency, Bola Ahmed Tinubu and the Cross River State Governor, His Excellency, Prince Bassey Edet Otu & Deputy Governor, Rt Hon Peter Odey, the Speaker of the state House of Assembly, Rt Hon  Elvert Ayambem, The State Chairman of APC ,Barr Alphonsus Eba, The State Executive Council and the entire people of the state.
