INDEPENDENCE DAY CELEBRATION: Goodwill message.

As Nigeria celebrates her 63rd Independence Anniversary today,  the Management and Staff of Cross River State Ministry of Agriculture and Irrigation Development felicitate with the  President,  Bola Ahmed Tinubu, GCFR and the Vice President, Kashim Shetima, GCON, The Senate President, Speaker, House of Representatives and entire members of the National Assembly as well as the Federal Executive Council.

We also congratulate His Excellency, the People's Governor, Senator Bassey Edet Otu, his deputy, Rt. Hon. Peter Odey, The Speaker and members of the 10th State Assembly, Members of the State Executive Council, the good people of Cross River State and other well meaning Nigerians at home and diaspora  on this auspicious occasion of our 63rd Independence Anniversary.

As our Nation Commemorates this historic day,  we urge every Nigerian to reflect on the labours of our heroes past, unite in our diversity and advance with a renewed hope of a better Nigeria.

We pray God to grant our National Leaders the needed wisdom to pilot the affairs of our great Nation. And to our Visionary Governor, Senator Bassey Edet Otu, it is our earnest prayer that God will continue to guide and direct his path to successfully implement his people's first mantra which will yield great dividends to Cross River State and Nigeria at large, especially in the Agriculture sector.
