Ibe Igajah, Mr. Akoh Bassey, Umon South APC Deputy Ward Leader, Dcn. David Arigor, Hon. David Okputu, Mr. Godwin Ezo aka Chidodo of Oil and Gas, Elder Ananiyom Ukpayang, Umon South Ward Chairman of APC, Mrs. Rose Ana, Mrs Eneobong Ekpenyong, Mr. Irebu Ndem, Prince Ijo Sunday, Prince Isamo Igajah and Comr. Prince Ojoi Oti

Prince Ojoi U. Ekpenyong, the MD/CEO of Cross River State Tourism Bureau in his speech/welcome address recounted his various responsibilities to the state which include Amon Nation, pointed out how he's to positively sell CRS and her Tourism potentials to the world thereby attract the relevant investment that will benefit Cross Riverians and boost the state's revenue capacity. 









The MD/CEO of Tourism Bureau, went on to express his delight for the recognition by his own immediate home; and promised not only to make Amon Nation proud but in his capacity involve Amon people in the process begining from 2023 Calabar Carnival. He used the opportunity to seek for supports and prayers to enable him work in tandem with the government of Cross River State led by His Excellency Senator (Prince) Bassey Edet Otu to bring the Season of Sweetness to CRS and Cross Riverians through tourism.

Earlier in his opening speech, Rt. Hon. Bassey Sunday on behalf of Amon Nation Congratulated Prince Ojoi U. Ekpenyong on his appointment as the MD/CEO of CRS Tourism Bureau. He went on to appreciate Governor Otu for finding their Son worthy of the appointment as technocrat that has extended his field of acquisitions beyond international attributes.

The AMONITES used the opportunity to extend their good will of felicitation at that capacity unmeasurable. Stressing that the visit is to encourage him in such a critical sector to do his best to justify the confidence repossed on him as an expert in the field of Tourism. Hon. Bassey maintained that the visit today is extended beyond party lines, for his (MD Ojoi) mandate to serve for the benefits of Cross River State and by extension Nigeria and international communities.

A prayer was unanimously offered him for commitment, partnership and synergy as he moves the tourism sector to an unprecedented heights.

In conclusion, Rt. Hon. Bassey said; "as a people, we promise the needed synergy and collaboration with the Tourism Bureau and the government of the state to continuously promote and support the People First Mandate to foster sustainable Season of Sweetness".
