CTRA Chairman, Efa Nyong, Congratulates Governor Otu's Chief of Staff, Dr. Emmanuel Ironbar, on Doctorate Conferment

The Chairman of the Commercial Transport Regulatory Agency (CTRA), Cross River State, Mr. Efa Nyong, has extended heartfelt congratulations to the Chief of Staff to the Governor of Cross River State, Hon. Dr. Emmanuel Bassey Ironbar, on the conferment of an Honorary Doctorate Degree in Policy and Administrative Studies by Crown University, Delaware, USA.

In a goodwill message issued on Sunday, Mr. Nyong described the honour as a “well-deserved recognition” of Dr. Ironbar’s exceptional leadership qualities, unwavering commitment to public service, and consistent pursuit of excellence in governance.

“This prestigious recognition is a reflection of your outstanding contributions to leadership and public administration. Your accomplishments continue to inspire not only those in government but also stakeholders across sectors, including the transport industry,” the statement read.

Mr. Nyong, speaking on behalf of the entire CTRA, joined family members, friends, colleagues, and associates of the Chief of Staff in celebrating the milestone. He expressed hope that the award would further spur Dr. Ironbar to greater heights in the service of Cross River State and the nation at large.
