Odey Congratulates Otu's Chief of Staff on Honorary Doctorate Conferment
A Director in the Cross River State Internal Revenue Service, Elder Dr. Ndoma Odey, has extended heartfelt congratulations to the Chief of Staff to the Governor of Cross River State, Hon. Dr. Emmanuel Bassey Ironbar, following the conferment of an Honorary Doctorate Degree in Policy and Administrative Studies by Crown University, Delaware, USA.
