The pan Yala Obubra Social cultural organization YOBUCA has released names of all the elected officials in the just concluded chapter elections in Calabar. In a post on the group's official whatsApp platform by the Secretary Ogri Kenneth, Coneri Magazine was made to know that Mr Oba Akasi emerged President as earlier reported while Mrs Patience Leyira Oba was elected Vice President. Other members elected are in the course of the hitch free exercise are :
3 Mr Ogri Kenneth Achigbe - Sec. Gen..
4 Mr Ekpong Kinsgley Bassey - Fin. Sec.
5 Ms Faith Achigbe - Treasurer.
6 Mr Alfred Esaje OBA - PRO / Welfare
6 Mr Joseph Ogar Bassey - Provost
Meanwhile the indomitable Special Advisers to the new Excos saddled with the tasks of reconciliation, rehabilitation and rebuilding of YOBUCA Calabar brand etc are viz:
1 Mr Augustine Odey
2 Mr Cyril Eka and
3 Mr Basil Etuota Ogri.

The new Executive have been charged to concentrate on building a stronger YOBUCA. In a speech, one of the stakeholders of the organization, Rev. Dr. Steve Owan urged them to use their respective offices to improve on the existing love in the organization. In a message, Asst. Commander Basil Akong, Mr Sunday Dominc of Abuja chapter, Mr. Godwin Adekpe of Lagos chapter, Mr Stephen Odey of Asaba and others congratulated the new Executive for a successful exercise, stressing the need for unity and cooperation amongst them.
