THE NIGERIAN LEGAL INSTITUTIONS ARE SCARED OF BOBRISKY: FIND OUT WHY

By Delove Dominic

I wouldn't know how to tittle this but I just hope we still have reasonable Nigerians out there who know the truth and won't allow themselves and brains to be trampled upon by our Nigerian government.

Few days ago I stumbled across a post online stating that 2 Nigerian promising singers( #NAIRA_MARLEY and #ZLATAN are under the custody of our financial crime institution (EFCC) because they sang a song which has incriminating lyrics and probably EFCC might also have more evidence to prove themselves. A big thumbs up to the EFCC body, that was great and I applaud you for it. If at the end of the investigations the duo are found not guilty, at least the stress they will pass through while in custody will be enough deterrent to other upcoming singers to be ready to face/defend their lyrics otherwise be more careful with their choice of words and actions. Its indeed notable to say EFCC is alife.
To an extreme extent i also feel devastated at the level of reasoning of our elites who keep themselves busy with their cheap talk of protecting the future of Nigerians, while they protect their interest alone. It only appears that the wheel of Justice only appears to face individuals who have no high connection and Godfatherism and are in one way or another not rich.

If not;

Why can't the NIGERIAN legal institution rise up to curb the menace/social problem(personified) porpularly identified as #BOBRISKY. Yet we operate a constitution that doesn't support gay Activities, in fact we believe any gay identified should be convicted/remanded. Yet a very little of the above believe has been achieved
We now sit down and celebrate a man whom we have gradually overlooked throughout the years. Now he stands as an idol to our young boys and teenagers in secondary Schools who have now taken after his footsteps, believing they too will one-day be celebrated.
Or should we keep pretending to be ignorant of the fact that BOBRISKY is now on the list of CELEBRITIES in Nigeria? What does he do? Is he a singer? Actor? Dancer? Model? Dj? Producer? MC?  Now ask your self WHO IS BOBRISKY and why is he being celebrated and given so much attention all through Nigeria's mass media??? What does our constitution say about GAYish activities?
"Criminal Code Act, S. 214 Carnal Knowledge Against the Order of Nature

Sharia Law

Criminal Code Act, S. 217 Gross Indecency
Section 217 prohibits acts of “gross indecency” between men, or the procurement or attempted procurement thereof, with a penalty of three years imprisonment.3

Same Sex Marriage (Prohibition) Act 2013, S. 5(1) Same Sex Marriage or Civil Union
Section 5(1) prohibits the entering into a same-sex marriage or civil union with a penalty of fourteen years.4

Same Sex Marriage (Prohibition) Act 2013, S. 5(2) Registering, Operating or Participating in a Gay Club
Section 5(2) criminalises registering, operating or participating in gay clubs, societies or organisations, or making a public show of a same-sex relationship with a penalty of ten years imprisonment.5

Same Sex Marriage (Prohibition) Act 2013, S. 5(3) Aiding or Solemnicising a Same-Sex Marriage or Supporting an LGBT Organisation
Section 5(3) criminalises administering, witnessing, aiding or abetting the solemnisation of a same-sex marriage or union, or supports LGBT organisations with a penalty of ten years imprisonment."

At last you(Nigerian legal institutions) will be quick to sentence this same children (which you refused to curb their source of problem) to prison.
Yet we have elits, elits who can't light up this road that is getting dark.
Nevertheless in my little voice,  i and other Nigerians DARE the NIGERIAN LEGAL INSTITUTIONs or any organization to look into this issue
