Federation of Obubra Students Association World Wide mourns Okan Peter, describes his death as a great loss to the LGA

The Federation of Obubra Students Association world wide FOSA WW has expressed regret over the demise of one of their illustrious sons and foremost Cross River born  journalist Okan Peter who passed on yesterday as a result of high blood pressure describing his death as a great loss to Obubra and Cross River State at large.

Okan Peter was a fine gentle man, who sacrificed everything at his disposal to help Obubra sons/daughters, especially Fosaites', he was one of the strong/key visionary of "New Obubra Project". Okan was the perfect example of the "New Obubra Project" we preached, his always around to support others vision as well as grow/build he's

The sad news of "Okan Peter" demise came to us as a great shock, that most of us @ Fosa are yet to recover.

Okan Peter was a fine gentle man, who sacrificed everything at his disposal to help an Obubra son/daughter, especially Fosaites', he was one of the strong/key visionary of "New Obubra Project". Okan was the perfect example of the "New Obubra Project" we preached, his always around to support others vision as well as grow/build he's..

Even when I saw your lifeless body laid helplessly in that casket, I still find it difficult to believe you're no more on mother Earth.

The initial plans was to see my Administration as President of Fosa-ww come to a successful end with a better successor and greater achievements.

Now that you've decided to leave us this early, who will I boost with as one of the best MC,OAP and presenter. Each time I went to an event and see u as the anchor person, I'm always confident that you will deliver. Then I will quickly turn to my side and proudly tell someone, that's my Obubra brother and senior friend. Okan was apparently the best in his field, with the love and commitment he showed.

Those who thought the dreams are shattered, you lie. God big pass una.

Dear worthy brother (Okan Peter) I pray your gentle soul find rest in the bosom of the Almighty.

Your memories will not depart from our hearts. Even in death we still love you.

Until his death, Okan work with the Cross River Broadcasting Cooperation and with several radio stations in the state. He hailed from Obubra.
