Obubra Council Boss Withdraws From Assembly Race, Says It's In The Best Interest Of The Party

PRESS STATEMENT

This is to intimate all supporters of Dr Bassey Agara Tom for State House, Obubra1 State Constituency and indeed the entire Obubra1 State Constituents, of his decision to withdraw from the race.

This decision at this juncture according to him, "is in the best interest of the Party and the LGA too, it is always in my character to choose peace at all times and as the Chief Security Officer of the LGA, I will continue to choose peace for the sake of the Party and the entire LGA"

The teaming supporters of Dr Bassey Agara Tom should however know that the decision of the Party is supreme, he, on this note calls on all of us to remain firm and support the Party to victory come 2023. It is his duty to lead the Party to victory and your unflinching support is needed to achieve it.

The Party shall offer us more opportunities in the near future to contribute more to the building of our LGA, State and the Nation at large.
