Obubra Leadership Meets with Governor Otu, Seeks To Address Communal Crises, Infrastructural Challenge Yesterday, Friday, April 19, 2024, the leadership of Obubra Local Government Area, led by Rt. Hon. Mike Etaba, Member Representing Obubra/Etung Federal Constituency, met with His Excellency, Senator Bassey Edet Otu, Governor of Cross River State, to discuss ways to address the incessant communal crises and other political and infrastructural problems facing the LGA.
