Frank Ovat Graces Edondon New Yam Festival, Harps On Peace, Unity  The Member representing Obubra II State Constituency and PDP Candidate for the 2023 House of Assembly election, Hon. Frank Ovat has urged the people of Obubra to embrace dialogue and other non-violent approaches to resolving conflicts. Ovat made this call on Saturday, during the 2023 edition of Edondon New Yam Festival.
