MISS WILLIE OBIANO BEAUTY PAGEANT TO HIT ANAMBRA STATE

Miss Willie Obiano beauty pageant to hit Anambra in July. Speaking yesterday, the organizers of the prestigious event, Coneri magazine said the event is aimed at raising twenty one models from the twenty one Local Government Area in the state to help his Excellency retain his seat as governor comes November gubernatorial election in the state.Contributing to the purpose of the event, a model with Coneri modeling agency and one of the contestants, miss Uche said the governor, his Excellency Chief Dr Willie M. Obiano has done excellently well and deserved the contest named after him. In another statement, one of the models contesting for the crown, miss Uju Bennett said such a contest would further help promote the good work of the administration of Gov. Willie Obiano and plead with critics not to see the opposite in the event, adding that governor Willie Obiano's works in the state visible for any doubting Thomas to see and satisfy his or her curious criticism. Speaking to Coneri media blog, the technical manager of the event, Mr Stanley Onuegbu said the audition will hold in three centres across the state. 23th June for Nnewi, 24th for Onitsha and 25th June for Awka. He claimed that the Miss APGA is also very crucial because it was meant to promote the party by increasing membership and scope. Mr Stanley said presently, Cafe ambassadors and APGA are the only sponsors and called on all and sundry to support the project in other to encourage governor Willie Obiano good works.
It will be recalled that the executive governor of Anambra state Chief Willie M. Obiano has won best governor for three consecutive times and deserved to be appreciated and encouraged through promotional projects such as the one in question.
