 Blessing Egbara, 50,000 followers Dump PDP For APC In Obubra

 Cross River State Commissioner for Humanity and Social Welfare Services. Hon. Blessing Egbara has officially Defected to the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC). 

Hon. Egbara dumped the People's Democratic Party (PDP) during the week, equally went along with over 50, 000 supporters  to APC in a historic event that that saw thousands of former PDP card carrying members crossed over to APC, marking the beginning of a new political era in Obubra.

The Mega rally had in attendance the likes of the biggest names as far as politics is concerned in the state in Chief Bar. Chris Agara, alongside Chief Ntufam Peter Ojie, who both declared their total support for the All Progressives Congress as their new found love Party and the people of Obubra.

Speaking during the Rally, Chief Bar. Chris Agara, stated that a new dawn has finally come and with the Broom the All Progressive Congress will sweep all the negativity and stagnation brought on the people of Obubra LGA and Cross River State. 

Bar. Chris further hailed Governor Ben Ayade for his wisdom in sky rocketing Cross River state back to the top and disclosed that the Movement has brought good benefits to Obubura as the Ofumbogha/Yala and Ababene/Iyamitet Road has been awarded for construction and ready for work in 3months time  courtesy of the wisdom of His Excellency Senator Prof Benedict Ayade.

Addressing the large Crowd Honorable Blessing Egbara assured the people of Obubra that the days of them being left out from the state and national Cake is over, and urged the people to rally round the Governor who has brought a new dimension to the state politics and give him all the support and encouragement he needs, calling on everyone to follow who knows the way. 

Hon. Egbara added that one of the best things to happen to an individual is to follow a leader who has good vision for his people

"The people of Obubra will witness a massive improvement on a lot of things, we all have seen already the Humanitarian side of His Excellency, He has done a lot and with this movement a lot more will come to Us"
