Commissioner For Power And Renewable Energy, Prince Eka Williams, Engages Government Vehicles Recovery Team, Anticipates Return Of Ministry's Official Vehicles.


Barely hours of official assumption of office, the Honourable Commissioner For Power And Renewable Energy, Prince Eka Williams, have already demonstrated proactivity as he earlier promised, by engaging the Government Vehicle Recovery Team.


Recall, that the Vehicle Recovery Team, set up by the state Governor, His Excellency, Senator Prince Bassey Edet Otu, was saddled with the task of retrieving official vehicles from former government office holders to aide smooth execution of government duties by newly appointed government officials.


Speaking with the leader of the Vehicle Recovery Team, Emmanuel Abeng, at the office, the commissioner explained to the team that his ministry is in dire need of official vehicles in order to carry out activities smoothly.


Responding to the honorable commissioner, Mr. Emmanuel Abeng, Assured, Prince Eka Williams, of his restlessness and unwavering determination to retrieve all official government vehicles, he added that the usefulness of the official vehicles cannot be overemphasized and that the vehicle recovery team will not rest until it's sole objectives are fully achieved.


Prince Eka Williams, appreciated the team for their already recorded success so far, and also for their commitments on their very demanding task.


The meeting which took place at the commissioner's office had in attendance, The Permanent Secretary, Ministry Of Power and Renewable Energy, Mr. Uffono Gabriel Attah. The leader of the Vehicle Recovery Team, Mr. Emmanuel Abeng and other members of the team.
