 The Yala Obubra Community Association, YOBUCA, Asaba, Delta State chapter held her monthly meeting today  at Zappa, Alabama. The meeting which was well  attended by members ended in a big celebration as one of the members Jenifer Eji marked her 27th birthday immediately after the meeting. In an address, the patron of the chapter and senior officer of the Nigerian Police, ASP Stephen Odey charged members to be committed to the cause and to ensure the growth of the organization. The patron who spoke in both  Yala language and English, read out a draft of the constitution of the chapter which members made some corrections and begged the house to use it as a temporary document of the  Association. And because they need Yala votes, when they come, they will promise us heaven and earth. Knowing our major problem, they will woo us with the promise of constructing our road, they will fooled us with this or that lie.
