CONGRATULATIONS TO ALL HONORABLE COMMISSIONERS OF THE “PEOPLE’S FIRST” ADMINISTRATION OF HIS EXCELLENCY, SENATOR PRINCE BASSEY EDET OTU EXECUTIVE COUNCIL OF CROSS RIVER STATE.

My hearty congratulations to all the Honorable Commissioners of our dear State, on your well deserved appointment into the State Executive Council of the “People’s First” administration of His Excellency, Senator Prince Bassey Edet Otu. Please be encouraged and fired by the policy thrust of this administration in which you have been chosen out of many equals to SERVE the diverse needs of our dear State and her good people. It is possible to showcase the phrase, “People’s First” mantra in the cause of discharging your respective duties and responsibilities.

It is my sincere prayer that God almighty will grant you all the wisdom and grace necessary to stir the ship of the sectors in our dear State and ultimately deliver on your assigned ministry’s mandate while wishing you and the entire “People’s First” administration a hitch free tenure in office.

NOTE; that you are the first ambassadors of the season of sweetness agenda and you can live out the letters.
