 Gov. Otu Appoints Gab Onah As Chairman, Carnival Commission, Ojoi Ekpenyong As MD, Tourism Bureau 

The Governor of Cross River State, His Excellency Senator (Prince) Bassey Edet Otu, has approved the following appointments into the Cross River State Carnival Commission 2023:

i. Mr. Gabe Onah – Executive Chairman

ii. James Bullem – Member

iii. Grace Ann Nku – Member

iv. Shirley Effiom – Member

v. Bassey Effiom Archibong – Member

vi. Austin Cobham - Secretary

Similarly, Mr. Ojoi Ekpeyong has been appointed as the Managing Director, Cross River State Tourism Bureau.

 

In a related development, Mr. Effiong A. Ekpeyong and Mr. Tomas Edim Ikpeme have been appointed as Special Advisers, Events Management, Governor’s Office and Tourism Development, respectively.

All the appointments take effect from August 1, 2023.

The Governor charges the new appointees to bring their wealth of experience to bear in their new roles and see their appointments as call to service.
