Senator gershom bassey has noted that sallah festivity was a time for sober reflections, show of love to one another and pray for peace and unity of our society and country at large.
The senator who noted that "though the celebratios came at a time of a pandemic which has crippled social and economic activities muslims faithfuls should pray for a lasting solution to the pandemic".
"While wishing you a happy festival i urge Muslims to adhere to various safety and protective measures spelt out by the state and presidential task force on covid-19"
"We wish all muslims brothers and sisters a hitch free Sallah"
