Youth Council Meets With Cross River Commissioner For Youths And Skill Acquisition, Seeks Youth inclusiveness in governance

Addressing the Honourable Commissioner, His Youthfulness Comrade Dan Obo Jnr. passionately thanked the Honourable Commissioner for his selfless and fatherly support to the Youth Council. Speaking further, Comrade Dan Obo Jnr. presented vital issues of concern to the Honourable Commissioner, which includes but not limited to, Youths Inclusiveness in governance, Skill Acquisition Programme, the need for Peace and Security in the State, and other Empowerment Scheme for Youths, while also assuring the Honourable Commissioner of his readiness to synergistically work with relevant organs in the state to build a better and safer Cross River State, free from all forms of restiveness.
The Honourable Commissioner who expressed his sincere joy to the Youth council, emphasized His Excellency Prof. Ben Ayade's assiduousness and zest in seeing the youths of Cross River State progress in all ramifications. The Honourable Commissioner reiterated the need for the Youth Council to support the State Government in the fight against Cultism, kidnapping and other antisocial vices, while reassuring the Youth Council of His Excellency's unflinching vision for the youths of Cross River State.
Present in the meeting were, Honourable Commissioner for Youths and Skill Acquisition, Permanent Secretary Ministry of Youths and Skill Acquisition, Director of Admin., Directors, SSA to the Governor on Youth Mobilization, State Chairman and Deputy State Chairman of Youth Council, Vice Chairmen of Senatorial Districts, Past and Present Executive Members of National Youth Council, Stakeholders and a host of other Members of the Youth Council.
