The National Youth Council Of Nigeria, Cross River State chapter has felicitated with former Governor of Cross River State, Sen. Barr. Liyel Imoke as he marks his birthday today. 

In a message made available to Coneri Magazine and signed by the Chief Press Secretary to the chairman,Amb. Umezulike Desmond-Cruz, on behalf of Comr Obo Dan Obo, the state chairman described the former Governor as a master strategist, an elder statesman, a pacesetter,a political avatar,a leader per excellence and a lover of the people who came into office at the time the state needed his kind leader.  Comr.
