Today, I join family members, friends, Associates and all good people of Cross River State, party men and women to celebrate a Natural born leader, His Excellency, Senator Dr Liyel A Imoke, CON, a man with unwavering value that has lead the way and light up the part for many to follow.

Your Excellency, you have certainly earned your place in history as the immediate Past Governor of Cross River State who development strides cut across all sectors of the economic, in aspect of tourism, health, Agriculture, Education, rural and urban infrastructure, human development among others.

Your thoughtful leadership,great vision and sincerity has meant much to this state,with your many fantastic qualities, but among the top of them are unwavering leading,patient and humility of whom I hold much respect and admiration for.
